  • We collect your credit card information, and billing information during the subscription process. All this information is stored in our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store this information in our database. 
  • Besides that, we may collect personal information when you contact the support team through any support channel.

What we can do with your data

  • We use your email to sign you into the system. Besides that, we may send you system notifications, inquiries related to your account, notifications about changes in service or planned service interruptions.
  • We may access your name, email, and billing address in the Stripe interface if we do any manual checks or adjustments related to your account billing. Your credit card number is not available to our system or personnel.
  • We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

How you can control your data

  • You may change your email at any time in settings.
  • You may cancel your subscription in settings, but your data will not be deleted in this case.
  • If you want to remove your data from our system completely, then submit a support request and clearly express your will.
