We have a single pricing plan. It consists of 2 components:

There are no long term contracts or hidden fees. You pay only for what you use. You may cancel a subscription at any moment.

When should I pay?

Member Signal requires a subscription before your first paid action, e.g., activation of a campaign or sending a test message. Each month the system charges your credit card for all resources you used during the prior period.

Do you have a free trial?

You can explore the system as much as you need. But any paid action requires a subscription.

What else should I know?

SMS has a maximum length, which depends on the encoding. 

Default SMS encoding is GSM7; it supports all English letters, numbers and main signs, but does not support emojis or characters like ы or ß. When you use even a single character out of GSM7, then the system has to switch to UCS2.

The maximum message size in GSM7 is 153 symbols, in UCS2 – 67 characters.

If your message is longer than that limit, then the system split it in smaller chunks and then merge back on a mobile phone. If your message consists of 2 fragments, then it's price will double.

Example 1: During a month you sent 2 campaigns:

1. First campaign:Your message length is 150 symbols, and you send it to 200 recipients. You use only English characters, spaces, and numbers. Such a campaign consumes 200 messages.
   
2. Your message length is 210 symbols, and you send it to 50 recipients. Such a campaign consumes 100 messages.

At the end of the month your invoice will contain the following:

Campaign 1: 200*0.03 = $6

Campaign 2: 50*2*0.03 = $3

Dedicated phone number: $4

Total: $13

Example 2: During a month you did not send any texts. In this case you pay only for dedicated phone number, since it is still reserved for your organization.
