You may want to give your colleagues access to MemberSignal. We encourage you to invite as many users as you need, there is no limit and no payment for additional workplaces.

Send an invitation

Only an account owner can manage users and send invitations.

  1. Log into your MemberSignal account
  2. Open Settings > User Management.
  3. Enter new user Email and Name
  4. Press the "Invite user" button
  5. The system will create a user record and send an invitation link to the email address you provided.


Accept an invitation

Then it's your colleague's turn.

  1. Open an invitation link from the email.
  2. Create a strong password.
  3. Done.


If an email was not received or an invitation link expired, then you can remove the user record and repeat it from the beginning.


Important consideration

An account owner is fully responsible for any actions made by additional users. It means any billable actions made by any user in your team will be added to your invoice. See terms and conditions for details.


Restrict access

You may want to temporarily or permanently suspend user's access to the system. 

  1. Open Settings > User Management.
  2. Find the user in the list.
  3. Press the "Suspend" button.


It is not possible to completely remove the user from the system, because we maintain a log of all operations. If you want to remove personal information, then submit a support ticket and we will anonymize record.
