The signup process consists of 2 simple steps. It will take no longer than 3 minutes to complete registration.



Login information

  1. Open https://app.membersignal.com/signup
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Create a new strong password. The indicator below the password fields will show you how good is your password.
  4. Carefully read terms and conditions. You can proceed if you agree with it.

Connect your Wild Apricot account

  1. Our system works only when connected to your Wild Apricot account.
  2. Open your wild apricot website and log into admin backed.
  3. Authorize application to access API. 
    • Open Settings > Integration > Authorized applications
    • Create new application for "Server application" scenario.
    • Set the app name, set the access level to "Full access."
    • Copy API key
    • Do not forget to Save your changes

  1. Use the obtained API key to continue registration. 
  2. Press the Next button. The system will check if the API key is valid. 
    • If it is not, that probably you forget to save changes in Wild Apricot or copied value incorrectly. Check everything and try again.
    • Due to technical limitations, we can only serve paid Wild Apricot accounts. If you are on a Trial or Free billing plan, then MemberSignal can not access your data.
